After Hours Information:
If you have an urgent medical problem after hours, please call (812) 858-2229. Our answering service will take your phone number and brief description of the problem, so that a health care professional can return your call promptly. If you believe the situation is life-threatening, do not delay. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We will be contacted by the hospital staff.
Insurance:
Evansville OB-GYN works closely with our patients and a broad range of insurance carriers to facilitate the reimbursement process. We will file insurance claims for you if required by your insurance plan. For our Medicare and HMO/PPO patients, we accept the contracted payment for our fees, excluding your deductible and co-payment (if applicable). For private pay patients, we require that you pay for your services at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We participate with many different PPO and HMO plans as well as accepting traditional indemnity insurance. If you are not sure about our provider status with your insurance company, please check with your insurance company or with our business office.
